Custom Package
$5.25/lb.
Price based on hanging weight*. 1/4 Beef. You choose the cuts (roasts, steaks, ground, etc.) that suits your desires.
*Hanging weight is measured after slaughter and before any trim.
Roaster's Package
$6.85/lb.
1/4 Beef. Roasts and more. This package includes; Round Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Short Ribs, Tenderloin, Rib-eye, NY Strip, Liver, Heart*, Tongue*, and Soup bones. * If available.
Griller's Package
$8.55/lb.
This is a 1/4 beef. Steaks and ground beef. Nothing but the best of the best. Cuts include; Tenderloin, NY Strip, Rib-eye, Skirt, Flank, Brisket, Sirloin, ground beef and soup bones. Organ meat by request.
Patriot Package
$6.85/lb.
1/4 Beef. The Patriot package has the following cuts; Tenderloin, Rib-eye, NY Strip, Round Steak, Cube Steak, Sirloin Tip Roast, Chuck Roasts, Round Roasts, Liver, Heart*, Tongue*, and Soup Bones. * If available.
Grind It! Package
$7.50/lb.

1/4, 1/2, or Full beef. Everything ground into 1 or 1 1/2 lb. packages.
